Requirement: fast dry on asphalt / concrete, 6-12 month wear, low temperature workability.

Chlorinated rubber remains a workhorse for solvent-based road marking paint. It adheres to asphalt and concrete without a primer, dries in minutes, and holds glass bead retention through the wear cycle. Colour pigment usually combines lead-chromate-free yellow (BiVO4 or high-performance organic yellow) plus TiO2 for white lines. CPP resin does not appear in road marking.
